Create Your Own Long Charm Necklace

Our long multi gemstone necklace has a solid copper chain (3x4 mm wide flat oval link) that is rose gold plated to preserve the finish. The chain can extend from 63cm to 73cm and has a lobster clasp.

This necklace is truly magical, as you can choose gemstones that are meaningful to you or a loved one.

Chains are made from solid copper, although they are rose gold plated to preserve the finish. The plating will wear off in time, revealing the natural copper colour underneath. Copper is a natural antibacterial agent, and the wearing of copper jewellery is considered to have a therapeutic effect on the human body.

All jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a jewellery box with relevant gemstone info cards and care instructions.

The gemstones we use are raw and unpolished, so they might have some” imperfections”. (In our opinion it adds to the beauty and individuality of each piece!) 

Gemstone charms are set by a process called copper electroforming, which allows for the deposition of copper electrolytes over several hours in a copper/acid solution. This results in unique and unpredictable textures, as the entire process is organic.

Please be aware that the colour of copper darkens over time, and the item can be cleaned using a sachet of Copperbrite and a soft cloth, available here: Copperbrite and/or polishing cloth – Down to Earth Jewellery ) Copper can potentially turn the skin green as it reacts with the chemicals in some skins. A coat of clear nail polish will prevent this.
