This rectangle gemstone necklace really makes a statement!

The rectangles are 35mm x 25mm and have two large gemstones (12mm -14mm) set in copper in the centre. The chain (Included) is a oval link chain that extends from 60cm to cm. It has a lobster clasp.

The gemstones we use are raw and unpolished, so they might have some” imperfections”. (In our opinion it adds to the beauty and individuality of each piece!) 

Jewellery pieces are created by a process called copper electroforming, which allows for the deposition of copper electrolytes over several hours in a copper/acid solution. This results in unique and unpredictable textures, as the entire process is organic.

Please be aware that the colour of copper darkens over time, and the item can be cleaned using a sachet of Copperbrite and a soft cloth. (Available here)

Copper can potentially turn the skin green as it reacts with the chemicals in some skins. A coat of clear nail polish will prevent this.
