🕒 Order Timelines

We offer a mix of made-to-order and ready-to-ship options:

  • Electroformed Gemstone Jewellery
    Handmade with intention, these pieces are custom-crafted for your store.
    ⏳ Turnaround: 6–8 weeks, depending on order size.

  • Other Jewellery (non-electroformed)
    Most of these pieces are kept in stock and ready to ship.
    ⏳ Larger orders: 4–6 weeks turnaround
    ⏳ Small orders: 4–5 working days

We’ll always keep you in the loop and confirm timelines before we begin production.

We’re here to make your experience smooth and stress-free.

  • Faulty or broken item?
    We’ll gladly replace it within 3 months of purchase.

  • Slow sellers?
    You’re welcome to exchange unsold items after 12 months for new designs of equal value. Just cover the return shipping.
