Herkimer Diamond Eternity Ring (April Birthstone)

Natural raw Herkimer diamond copper eternity ring, handmade with love and care. Size of gemstones are 4-6 mm each. There are between 4 -6 gemstones depending on the size of stones and finger size.

Your ring will be lovingly crafted in your selected finger size within 3-5 business days

The gemstones we use are raw and unpolished, so they might have some "imperfections”. (In our opinion it adds to the beauty and individuality of each piece!) 

Each piece comes beautifully packaged, ready for gifting, with the relevant gemstone info card with thank you note and care instructions. 

Jewellery pieces are created by a process called copper electroforming, which allows for the deposition of copper electrolytes over several hours in a copper/acid solution. This results in unique and unpredictable textures, as the entire process is organic.

Please be aware that the colour of copper darkens over time, and the item can be cleaned using a sachet of Copperbrite and a soft cloth. (Available here)

Copper can potentially turn the skin green as it reacts with the chemicals in some skins. A coat of clear nail polish will prevent this.

About Herkimer Diamond:

Herkimer diamonds are beautiful double terminated quartz crystals found in Herkimer, New York. Incredibly, these phenomenal gemstones are close to 500 million years old. The crystals are magnificent works of nature, and are found in the rock, naturally faceted, each having eighteen facets and two points.  They are unlike real diamonds that have to be cut by man to give it its facets.

The Mohawk Indians held these crystals in high esteem and used them to make amulets.

Some believe the Herkimer diamond is effective in promoting dream recall.
