Material

Natural gemstones and copper

The gemstones are natural, raw, and unpolished, ranging from 2-4 mm each. Depending on the size of the stones and your wrist, there will be 10-12 gemstones in your piece. The "imperfections" in the gemstones are what make them special, adding to the beauty and individuality of each jewellery piece.

Our pieces are crafted through copper electroforming, a process that allows copper electrolytes to deposit over several hours, creating unique and unpredictable textures. The entire process is organic, making each piece one-of-a-kind. Copper may react with your skin, potentially leaving a green mark. While harmless, this can be easily cleaned with soap and water. A simple coat of clear nail polish on the inside of the ring can also prevent it.

Packaging

All jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a jewellery box with gemstone info card and care guide, ready for gifting.

At checkout, you can add a handwritten card to your order.

Copper cleaning

Please be aware that copper darkens over time.

We recommend these methods for cleaning:

Copperbrite: Our preferred option for cleaning is Copperbrite, which you can find available here. This specialized solution effectively restores the shine of your copper jewellery.
Home Remedies: You'll also find numerous home remedies online for cleaning copper jewellery. However, please ensure they are safe for jewellery and won't damage the pieces.

Furthermore, with regular wear and handwashing, copper tends to naturally regain its shine.

Shipping

The delivery time depends on the item you've chosen:

For most of our rings, custom scallop shells, and pansies, which are crafted to your specific requirement, please allow 3-5 working days for production before shipping.
For our gemstone cuff bracelets, please allow 3-5 working days for creation.
Our hammered flat bangles and round hammered bangles, made to your size, require 5 working days before shipping.
All other in-stock pieces will be dispatched the next working day after your order is placed.

Delivery Times:

South African Orders: If you're located within South Africa, The Courier Guy will deliver your order in approximately 1-4 business days, depending on your location.
International Orders: For our international clients, DHL or FEDEX will deliver your parcel within 7-10 working days. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your specific location.
